Co-founded and ran the studio (Daisy) that delivered all three projects. Led art direction, animation, pre-visualization, and project management across every engagement. Managed the client relationship with Adult Swim directly, growing a single project into a recurring creative partnership. Wore every hat a small studio demands: creative direction, team management, production, hands-on 3D work, and client communication.

To promote an upcoming season, we pitched and produced a crossover short merging Rick and Morty with Animal Crossing: New Horizons. It launched on the one-year anniversary of Animal Crossing's release on the Nintendo Switch, tapping into a massive cultural moment. I led art direction and project management, overseeing the translation of both IPs into a single cohesive style.

Adult Swim needed a showstopper for their Upfronts presentation to advertisers, culminating in the official Season 4 announcement. We produced and directed a multi-screen experience that took over the venue, blending original 3D animation with the show's chaotic energy at a scale designed to fill a room. Art direction, animation, environment design, lighting, and project management all ran through our studio.

We created a series of short broadcast idents for Adult Swim, the interstitial bumps that play between programming. These are tiny pieces of work with outsized visibility. Every one had to land the tone of both the [as] brand and the show in a few seconds flat. I led art direction and animation across the set.
